Rick is a seasoned litigator with nearly twenty-five years of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation, appeals, and professional liability matters. Before joining Minana & Associates in January 2024, Rick was a partner at a large law firm and later opened his own practice in 2015.
Rick has served as first-chair and second-chair in numerous trials across Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas in both state and federal courts. He has handled more than 20 appellate matters in every appellate court in Missouri, including the Supreme Court of Missouri.
Rick spends his free time with his wife and four children and enjoys supporting their activities in music, dance, mock trial, and sports. He is also an avid reader and guitarist and owns a Hofner 500/1 bass guitar—the same model played by Paul McCartney—along with a collection of other guitars.
